How GCSU Bid Day Gifts Work
Celebrating Bid Day
We're excited to partner with GCSU for the third year to offer curated
GCSU Bid Day gifts.
Our goal is simple: make celebrating your daughter's Bid Day easy. Place your order beginning August 1st and we'll take care of everything else!
Step 1
Place Your Pre-Order
Beginning August 1, shop the 2026 GCSU Bid Day Collection on the On Row website.
You'll simply choose the GCSU Bid Day Bundle under the Bid Day Gifts tab.
No sorority selection is required.
Step 2
We Match Your Daughter's New Sorority
On Bid Day, GCSU provides On Row with the official bid list.
We'll automatically match your daughter's order with her new sorority and personalize her Bid Day items accordingly.
No need to update your order after Bid Day—we handle it for you.
Step 3
Add a Personal Message
During checkout, you'll have the opportunity to include a personalized note.
We'll print your message and include it inside her package, making it an extra special surprise from home.
Step 4
We Package Everything After Bid Day
Once Bid Day is complete, our team begins creating each gift with your daughter's new sorority letters and carefully packages every order.
Because each gift is personalized after Bid Day, processing takes a little time to ensure everything is perfect.
Step 5
Delivered Straight to Her
Once completed, your Bid Day gift will be shipped directly to the shipping address provided at checkout.
You'll receive tracking information as soon as your package ships.
Most gifts arrive approximately two weeks after Bid Day—after the excitement of Recruitment has settled and classes are underway. It's the perfect surprise from home when she least expects it.

Why Gifts Arrive After Bid Day
Many parents ask why gifts aren't delivered on Bid Day.
Every gift is customized after sorority assignments are announced. Waiting also allows your daughter to fully enjoy the excitement of Bid Day before receiving another meaningful reminder from home a week or two later.
Parents often tell us this timing makes the surprise even more special.

A portion of every Bid Day Gift purchase is donated back to Georgia College Fraternity & Sorority Life to support future student programming and initiatives.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to know her sorority before ordering?
No! We receive the official Bid Day list directly from GCSU and will customize your order based on her new chapter.
What if I don't know her shipping address?
If you don't yet know her college mailing address, you can either:
- Ship to your home and send it later, or
- Contact us after ordering to update the shipping address before your gift ships. (shipping address can be updated until August 21)
Can I include a note?
Yes! You'll be able to add a personalized message during checkout, and we'll include it inside her package.
Forgot to include the message? No worries, send us an email at hello@shoponrow.com and include your order number, and we will be sure to include it in the gift.
When will she receive her gift?
Packages are typically shipped about two weeks after Bid Day, once they have been personalized with her new sorority.
How will I know when it ships?
You'll automatically receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
