What is a Bid Day Gift?
Our Bid Day gifts are specially curated packages filled with sorority apparel and themed items to help your daughter feel celebrated and welcomed into her new sisterhood. It’s a meaningful surprise that adds to the excitement of her new Sorority and makes her feel supported and loved—even from afar.
When can I order a Bid Day gift?
Pre-orders for the GCSU Sorority Essentials Package open August 1 right here on our website. We recommend placing orders early. All orders are filled in the order they are placed. So the earlier the better! Please note: the Add-on Bundles are only available to order beginning on Bid Day.
How do I order a gift if I don't know the Sorority to select?
No need! We collect the Panhellenic Bid List on Bid Day and make sure the gift you purchased reflects her new sorority.
Can I add more to her gift on Bid Day?
Yes! Add-on Bundles will be available to purchase online beginning on Bid Day. These are great for sending a little extra love or adding new merch once you know her Sorority. In order to be notified when the Add On Bundles will go live on the website, complete the "Notify Me" form for the products you are interested in! These items are very limited!
When will Bid Day Gifts be delivered?
The Bid Day Gifts will be delivered to the Sorority Houses the week following Bid Day! This gives the New Members a chance to get settled with their new sorority sisters, and get through the first week of class before receiving a surprise gift from loved ones! The gifts will be labeled with their name + the personalized message from you. Once the gifts are delivered to the Houses, it is up to each organization on when they distribute the gifts! On Row is no longer responsible for the gifts once they are delivered!
It is asking for my shipping address at checkout. What should I put since the gifts are being delivered?
Great question! Even though all Bid Day gifts will be delivered directly to the sorority houses at GCSU, our system still requires a shipping address to process the order. You can simply enter your own billing address or your home address—don’t worry, the gift won’t be mailed there. We handle delivery to the sorority houses!
What happens if my daughter does not complete the Recruitment process?
Refunds will only be given if your daughter does not continue the Recruitment process. Please notify us so we can process your refund if this happens. If your daughter is on the Bid List that we receive, a refund will not be given as those orders will be fulfilled.

When can I order a Bid Day gift?
You can order a Bid Day Gift once you know the Sorority that your daughter has joined! You will simply select the Sorority when you add the gift to your cart!
Can I add more to her gift after Bid Day?
Yes! Add-on packages will be available to purchase online, as supplies lasts. These are great for sending a little extra love or adding new merch once you know her chapter.
Where will the Bid Day gift be delivered?
The gift will be delivered to the Shipping address that you indicate at checkout! Ensure to put your daughters name on the shipping information.
